Conference Venue Management
Go West will liaise with the Conference Venue as regards the requirements of the Conference in terms of:
- Set up for plenary/workshops/parallel sessions
- Stage backdrop and set up
- Set up of registration desk
- Numbers for tea/coffee breaks and lunches.
- Menus for lunch.
Go West will meet with the Conference Venue Management in advance of the conference to discuss in detail the requirements for this conference. Close contact will be maintained with the Conference Venue in order to identify and rectify any issues which may arise.
